I’ll not beat about the bush and get straight to the point!
Without a doubt, we are living in unprecedented times and it will take a great deal of honesty and integrity from all of us to face the trials and tribulations of every conceivable repercussion of this global event which will surely leave it’s mark on every single living thing, both positive and negative!

Not to be insensitive to anyone or anything but Michael Lowe Garden Designs is still trading through this strange and uncertain landscape, if only on a skeleton crew!
We are not operating at full capacity, until further notice on the Corona virus guidelines from the government.
We are still responding to all enquiries, however this doesn’t neccesarily mean we will be able to carry out the work that corresponds to those enquiries immediately.

The determining factors for this are:

a.) COVID-19 lockdown creating nationwide distribution and supply chain issues which naturally has a knock on effect on the entire design and implementation process!

This is not to say that we are just throwing in the towel!

On the contrary!

Please don’t let this discourage you from making an enquiry.
I’m very happy to answer your questions and provide consultation, albeit remotely.

Please either send your enquiries to: info@michaellowedesigns.net or if you prefer to speak to a person I’d be very happy to take your call on 07975661910.
If I happen to miss your call, please accept my apologies and it is likely I haven’t heard my phone due to loud garden machinery. Please do leave your name and telephone number and a short message about why you are calling and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

b.)All maintenance schedules remain operational with my regular clients so long as we can access their gardens and/or properties without having to enter dwellings. All new maintenance schedule or garden tidy ups are welcome!

And of course all necessary PHE precautions are being met at all times of trading hours and while all work is carried out at my clients properties and gardens.

These include:
i.) Facemask worn at all times while at work *
ii.) Gloves worn at all times while at work **
iii.) Contact and proximity measures

a.) All contact with my clients property is kept to a bare minimum and anything handled such as gate latches, garage and or shed doors etc are sterilised if they have been handled even though gloves are worn while at work**

b.) Generally it is not essential for me to even see or speak to my client in person while at their property so proximity isn’t a safety issue. If there are any instances where my client requires that we discuss anything onsite and in person, proximity measures and social distancing measures such as the government and WHO/NHS guidelines are strictly adhered to by myself:

1.)Remaining at the very least, 2 meters away from anyone and everyone and this will be kindly enforced or brought to anyone’s attention should they absent mindedly default on these safety measures.

It is of utmost importance that everyone respects and adheres to these guidelines regardless of how well you might feel at any given time, for both their own safety and the safety of others!

More details on COVID-19 guidelines and regulations coming into force can be found on the goverment website and the HSE website.
